Atseyie, pronounced "At-see-yay" means good living. What is good living? It's taking the time to have fun and celebrate everything and anything with family and friends! Those moments where you get to live fully and laugh genuinely create the best feelings! We want to help make planning those moments easier!
Our mission at Atseyie Events is to use our passion for planning to help you create genuine, custom-tailored celebrations that bring you feelings of joy, love, and a sense of belonging!
We are based in Edmonton and provide services to the Edmonton area, the Canadian Rocky Mountains and beyond!

Not sure where to start? That's alright; we got you! Let us buy you a coffee or a glass of wine, and let's chat all about your event! We really do love listening to people gush about details and colour schemes! We want to hear all about your vision and get to know what's important to you. From there, if you decide we're a good fit, we start planning! We love this stuff and want to make the planning and execution fun, exciting and, most importantly, stress-free.

About the owner
KATHY ARBUAH-BOWSER
Owner & Lead Planner
Kathy is a certified Wedding Planner through the Wedding Planner Institute of Canada (WPIC), with an eye for design and a love of all things weddings and events!
After graduating from the University of Alberta with a Masters in Business Administration, she went on to gain experience in event planning and management.
As most business grads aim for, Kathy landed in a corporate job with the corner office. Still, she found herself daydreaming of weddings, backdrops and florals and volunteering to help with all the holiday parties and golf tournaments.
Kathy founded Atseyie Events out of her passion for special events and need to combine her creativity and love of organization with the joy of helping others!
When Kathy is not creating, you can find her doing “one final house reno” or travelling the world with her husband and son. Coffee, a good quote, and sunshine are also on the list of things that bring her joy.
